Heath Haberlin & Friends will be performing on Saturday July 30, 2016 at 9:30pm at Peri's in Fairfax, California!  

Heath Haberlin & Friends includes: guitarist/vocalist Heath Haberlin, drummer Lex Razon and bassist Bobby Vega. The musical stylings of Heath Haberlin & Friends include rock, blues, funk, and reggae. Most of Heath Haberlin & Friends are local musicians that actually grew up in Tam Valley area and attended Tam High together. There will also be some special musical guests!   

Heath Haberlin, who lives in San Francisco, works as a professional musician (guitarist/vocalist) and is currently working on his debut album "Ugly Truths & Beautiful Lies" with bassist Chris Chaney (Alanis Morissette, Jane's Addiction, Robben Ford) and drummer Gary Novak (Alanis Morissette, Robben Ford). The album is being recorded at Sonora Recorders in Los Angeles, California and at In The Pocket Studio in Forestville, California. It's release date is set for late 2016.   

Lex Razon is the drummer from Vinyl (funk, Latin jazz, dub and reggae), reggae legend Ernest Ranglin, Bad Jones (formerly known as Soul Pie), the Razon Trio, Breakin' Bread and Audio Soul Syndicate. 

Bassist Bobby Vega has worked with funk pioneers Sly Stone, Tower of Power and Cold Blood. He has also worked with Lee Oskar, Paul Butterfield, Billy Preston, Booker T., Etta James, Santana, Joan Baez, Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzman, Zigaboo Modeliste, Melvin Seals, Babatunde Olatunji, Kitaro, Ronnie Laws, Hubert Laws, Joe Satriani and others. In addition to his stellar career as a sideman, Bobby has been a member and co-founder of several of the Bay Area’s finest all-star collaborations. Including; Zero, KVHW, The Avalon All-Stars, Don’t Push The Clown. Bobby continues to work with long-time Zero and KVHW bandmate Steve Kimock to the delight of their long-time fans. Originally acclaimed for his funky style, Bobby Vega’s reputation as a creative force has taken him to many musical arenas. With well over 100 albums to his credit, he is one of the most influential and respected bass players amongst other bassists in the world.

Heath Haberlin & Friends perform at Sweetwater Music Hall, 19 Broadway, Peri's, San Francisco City Hall, the annual Creekside Fridays Music Festival and the San Francisco Yacht Club.
